Grace has recently worked with The Border Readers, November Club, Theatre sans Frontiere and for Librarian Theatre as Mrs Tredegar in an original adaptation of Quentin Blake's The Green Ship. Since filming Styx she has also become a wild swimmer.

Ellen Phethean
Ellen lives, teaches and writes in Newcastle upon Tyne. Her radio poem Witnessing Westgate Hill and her play Journey with a Golden Lady were broadcast on Radio 4. She has also written plays for the Northumbria University Drama department and for Live Theatre’s Youth Group. Her play Cast Off was performed in community venues with the Poetry Virgins throughout 2001. Her books include Poetry: Wall, Smokestack Books 2007; Breath, 2014, Portrait of the Quince as an Older Woman, Red Squirrel Press 2014. A Young Adult trilogy Ren and the Blue Hands, Ren and the Blue Cloth, Ren In Samara, Red Squirrel 2019.
Her new collection Shedding the Niceties is out now, published by Red Squirrel Press.

Peadar Sweeney
Peadar was born in Chicago, grew up in Ireland and studied filmmaking in Scotland. He has worked in the industry for 20 years and is an experienced director, camera operator and editor. He has directed several award winning short films and produced work for a multitude of organisations which include Tullie House, Museum, Cumbria County Council, Public Health England , Network Rail, The Cumbria Museum of Military life and a piece of his work was also exhibited at the Tate.

Deborah Sweeney
Deborah was born in Carlisle, grew up in in Scotland and returned to the city to study for a degree in English and Film. She co runs Eden Film and has produced several award winning short films and assisted on many projects in a number of roles.
